AE Direct Mail secure 2 new Bell & Howell high speed enclosers, increasing their envelope enclosing capacity to 100,000 per day.

With five polywrapping lines; four with Domino Ink-Jet Jet Array facilities; we are confident that we can offer our existing and potential customers a range of options to suit any polywrapped mailing they may require.

Capable of wrapping up to an A3 sized pack in a range of poly types, AE Direct Mail have the experience and knowledge to ensure our customers can be assured of a high level of service at all times. We are able to wrap in clear, printed and de-metalised poly, and can source poly on our customer's behalf using our supply partners to ensure the best prices and service levels.

Domino inkjet jet arrays are able to print names and addresses onto catalogues and brochures and onto the poly itself straight from CD. Data processing can clean and prepare the data before it is loaded and printed.

With heavy investment, we have purchased new hoppers and feeders able to enclose a large range of leaflets, letterheads, brochures, catalogues and CDs. We can enclose up to 12 items per pack, depending on the sizes of the inserts, giving a greater scope of material able to be enclosed. We can also insert letters and leaflets inside a main brochure or catalogue 1 machine with suction opener & 1 machine with plough opener.
