AE Direct Mail secure 2 new Bell & Howell high speed enclosers, increasing their envelope enclosing capacity to 100,000 per day.

Envelope Enclosing.
We have three envelope enclosing machines able to fill up to a C5 pack with up to 6 inserts. With our experienced staff operating and overseeing your mailings, we can enclose up to 100,000 pieces per day and release to Royal Mail or prepare them for courier collection.

Whether you require a mailsort service, standard tariff or non-postal items, AE Direct Mail Ltd. can offer you a professional service, supported by QMP and Royal Mail. We have three collections per day as part of our daily practices, but this can be increased depending on the mailings we have to be released to Royal Mail. We also provide downstream access services with TNT, DHL & Secured Mail giving our customers a wide choice of postal providers. We can also arrange transport from a small packet to a pallet vehicle through a private, secure courier.

Document preparation - folding and trimming.
Our equipment includes an unwind feeder, enabling us to feed printed reels of stationery into a guillotine to trim and burst to a specified size. We can then fold documents before enclosing into envelopes or polywrap.
