AE Direct Mail is the largest supplier of polywrapping services in the North West of England and is also a Royal Mail Accredited Mailing House. We are situated in Aintree, Liverpool. No surprise then that our organisation has built up and maintained a well-earned reputation in the direct mail field and the longevity of our relationship with some of the most demanding players in the market is testimony to the quality of our service.

With the capacity to handle up to two million mailings per week from one of the UK 's largest dedicated centres, our 40,000 square foot facility covers: data management; continuous and cut-sheet lasering; polythene, paper and foil wrapping and automated insertion of up to 10 items in a pack. A handfill option is available for more tailored campaigns.

While volume can be important to some clients, efficiency, flexibility and accuracy are important to them all. Whatever form your mailing takes, our systems will ensure it is produced and distributed on time and within budget.

Our polywrap facility is the ideal method of mailing magazines, brochures, catalogues and annual reports and in conjunction with this we have the means to personalise and output fixed and variable text messages on wrap or document via inkjet technology. Also CD's can be enclosed on all 5 of our polywrap lines.

For the flexibility required with complex mailings, we operate carefully trained production teams for the hand insertion of packs, all quality controlled to meet the accuracy of a mechanised facility. Furthermore, we can affix samples, offers and free gifts to magazine covers and other documentation.

No items of mail arrive without proper addressing, and here we have every technique available to match the type and size of mailing - including inkjet and laser print personalisation.

Whilst we can accept data in a number of different formats, for clients who require help with sourcing, preparation or ongoing management of their data, our Data Management facility can provide fully integrated services.

Should a client require address cleaning, suppression, deduplication or Royal Mail sortation processes for their data, we can supply these through our comprehensive data processing suite.
